Payments
- 50% of the total payable amount has to be deposited, in advance, for booking confirmation. Please note that the booking will not be confirmed unless the advance deposit is received.
- Balance estimated 50% payment has to be made on or before the arrival at our facility. Check-in will not be processed unless full estimated payments are made. Other extra payments (e.g. for additional and high-end therapies, etc.) can be paid as and when due, during the stay. Payments through Credit/Debit cards, online payment, cash, and demand drafts are accepted. (1.25% extra charge will be levied on payments by Cards).
- One package admits one person. Cost shall vary based on single or double occupancy.
- Extra therapies, medical test reports, Laundry, and other facilities will be charged extra, as per tariff.
- Package tariff is inclusive of stay, wellness diet & basic Therapies, as prescribed by our doctor.
General Rules & Regulations
1. Admission Rules
- The right of admission is reserved and is non-transferable.
- Even after provisional clearance, final admission will be confirmed only after a physical examination by our doctors. If any major discrepancy is found, admission may be denied.
- Guests arriving before admission hours will be provided accommodation, subject to availability, but treatments will begin only after medical clearance.
- Early check-ins (between midnight and 5:00 am on the day of admission) will incur 50% of the one-day tariff as night charges. Prior intimation is required to arrange rooms.
2. Treatment & Therapy Guidelines
- All treatments, therapies, and diet are prescribed by our doctors. Personal choice of therapy is not possible.
- Therapies are scheduled by our treatment section. Delay in reporting for therapy may result in a shorter duration of treatment.
- Some treatments are not recommended for female guests during menstruation. Alternate therapies will be provided as per the doctor’s advice.
- A panel of consulting doctors is available at the centre. In case of any emergency, patients may be shifted to S.M.B.T. Hospital nearby.
- Guests are required to follow the prescribed treatment plan. The management will not be liable for any adverse health events arising from undisclosed medical history or non-compliance with treatment protocols.
- Self-medication is strictly prohibited. All medicines being taken must be declared at the time of admission, and any ongoing treatment must be continued only under the supervision of in-house doctors.
3. Food & Beverage Policy
- Tea, coffee, and aerated soft drinks are restricted. Guests are advised to stop tea and coffee consumption at least 3–4 days prior to their arrival to avoid withdrawal symptoms like headaches during detox.
- Outside food or beverages are not permitted in the premises.
- Alcohol, cigarettes, pan, gutka, or any form of nicotine or addictive substances are strictly prohibited. Nirvana follows a Zero Tolerance Policy. Guests or attendants found consuming or possessing these will be immediately expelled without refund.
4. Dress Code & Attire
- Guests must wear loose, comfortable cotton clothing (kurta–pyjama or salwar–kameez). A pair of woollens is recommended during winter or rainy seasons.
- Shorts and sleeveless clothing are strictly not allowed.
- Comfortable footwear is required for the treatment section, and walking shoes are recommended for outdoor activities.
5. Use of Electronics
- Mobile phones, laptops, and electronic devices are not allowed during treatments, yoga, or meditation sessions.
6. Safety, Security & Conduct
- Guests are not permitted to leave the premises without permission from the concerned authority.
- Kindly avoid bringing valuable ornaments or jewellery. The management is not responsible for any loss of valuables.
- Jal Neti, yoga, meditation, and health & wellness talk are considered an essential part of the healing process and are therefore compulsory, unless exempted by your doctor.
7. General Policies
- Treatment continues on Sundays; there are no weekly holidays at the centre.
- Admission rules, tariffs, cancellation policies, and other regulations are subject to change without prior notice.
- In case of disputes, the management’s decision will be final and binding.

At Nirvana Naturopathy and Ayurveda Retreat, therapies are designed to work deeply on the mind and body.
To ensure guest safety and best results, treatment at Nirvana is not recommended for the following categories of individuals:
- Children below 12 years and senior citizens above 80 years.
However, after thorough medical consultation, if no major health concerns are found, the doctor may allow treatment irrespective of age. - Pregnant women.
- Persons with an unstable heart condition.
- Individuals who are immobile or crippled, and unable to manage daily movements independently, unable to walk at least 1 km without assistance.
- Cancer patients beyond Stage II, patients with tuberculosis (TB), contagious skin diseases.
- Persons suffering from contagious or infectious diseases.
- Guests seeking only enjoyment, leisure, or holiday purposes without an intent to undergo naturopathy treatment.
- Guests with severe psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia or severe depression with suicidal tendencies, as they require specialized medical supervision and an attender.
- Guests who have undergone major surgery in the last 6 months (such as cardiac, orthopaedic, or abdominal surgery), unless cleared by a doctor.
- Individuals dependent on advanced medical equipment.
- Female guests during menstruation: Certain therapies may not be recommended during this time. Further treatments will be conducted strictly as per the doctor’s advice.
Important Note:
- All admissions and treatments are subject to the doctor’s final consultation and approval.
- Guests must provide complete and accurate medical history at the time of admission. Non-disclosure of health conditions may lead to denial or discontinuation of treatment during the stay.
Pre-visit diet regime: The Do's & Don'ts
To maximize your healing process, we advise you to follow the pre-visit dietary guidelines as summarized below, at least 3 days before your visit:
- Reduce intake of unhealthy food. (Avoid eating bread, bakery products, meat, poultry, fish, seafood, dairy products, alcohol, tea, coffee, cigarettes, tobacco).
- An ideal diet includes fresh food, raw fruits – vegetables & salads.
- Sip a minimum of 2 liters of water at room temperature daily.

Admission Essentials:

- Original & one photocopy of a government – approved ID Proof (PAN / Aadhaar / Election Card / Driving License / Passport)
- Foreign Nationals: Passport with valid Visa
Clothing & Accessories:
- Comfortable cotton clothes (note: shorts and sleeveless clothing are not allowed)
- Extra set of old clothes (for massage and oil-based therapies)
- Sports / walking shoes
- Slippers or sandals (specifically for treatment areas)
- 2 full-sized towels
- Sufficient pairs of undergarments
- Woollen wear (during monsoon/winter)
- Umbrella & appropriate footwear (during monsoon)
Toiletries & Personal Care:
- Personal toiletries of choice (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc.)
- Any additional personal care items you may need
Important Instructions:
- A copy of your ID proof (Aadhaar / Passport for foreigners) must be submitted in advance via email/WhatsApp, and the physical copy carried at admission.
- Refrain from tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking, and processed/packaged foods at least 3 days before arrival to help your body prepare for therapies.
- Guests with special dietary needs are requested to inform the medical team in advance.
- Carry adequate cash or card for additional purchases such as personal kits, laundry, or extra therapies.

Admission Rules
Final admission at Nirvana is subject to a physical examination by in-house doctors. If any information provided in the application form is found to be incorrect, admission shall be denied with forfeiture of deposit. Any change in medical condition or major weight fluctuation after confirmation of booking must be informed immediately, and thereby admission shall be confirmed after the physical examination.
Cancellation / Postponement / Forfeiture policy and rules
Patients are required to give at least 7 working days (Weekends and public holidays are considered as non-working days) (up to 5.30 pm IST) notice if they wish to postpone or cancel a confirmed booking.
In the event of a cancellation/amendment, a deduction of the deposit amount is applicable as follows:
- 50% of the deposit, if intimated less than 7 working days of check-in,
- 75% of the deposit, if intimated less than 3 working days of check-in,
- 90% of the deposit, if intimated less than 1 working day of check-in.
- No monetary refund shall be made. However, deposit credit can be availed or transferred to be used within 3 months.
- In the event of premature departure (for any reason), no refund or credit note will be granted.
- A maximum of one change in booking dates is allowed as per the above rules, after that no further change will be permitted and the full amount paid as a deposit will be forfeited.
- In the case you want to leave our premises, on your own accord or if you severely violate our regulations and we are compelled to expel you from our premises, kindly note NO REFUND of your balance money will be possible.
COVID-19 PROTOCOL
- In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, your booking confirmation is not valid until you send us your double vaccination certificate. In case you are single vaccinated, then your RTPCR test report conducted within 48 hours of reaching the center is mandatory. These measures are in place to ensure our collective safety and we thank you for your cooperation.
All patients and visitors are requested to share an e-copy of their Identity proof (such as Aadhar Card) at time of confirmation through email/WhatsApp and physical copy to be verified at time of admission into the center. Foreign nationals & NRI’s are requested to share their passport copies.
