Higher water intake: You should also consume lots of water every day, at least 8 – 9 glasses of water. This is due to the fact that hydration is an integral part of the recovery process. Reducing excessive light/sound exposure: As migraine is often triggered by too loud noises or bright light, you need to avoid both of them as much as possible. You should avoid it for a minimum of 3 days consecutively, so as to prevent the condition from getting aggravated.
