Naturopathy & Retreat (Hospital), this is the way your day may go:

am: You can watch the sunrise with a herbal tea and listen to the melody
of the birds. As you take a walk through the avenues of flowering shrubs
and trees, you can breathe in the cool fresh air.
6.30 am -
8.00 am: Shuddhikriyas You could join for the Yoga Session and learn
various yog-asanas and loosening exercises in the serene Meditation Hall (compulsory
for all).
8.00 am –
8:30 am: Everyday you have a different variety of freshly prepared
breakfasts with fresh fruit & juices. Our food is vegetarian and is
prepared as low salt, low fat and low spice diet food.
8.30 am – 12 pm: You
can go through your treatments, as decided, with short breaks for soothing
health drinks.
12 pm – 1 pm: A
wholesome, nutritionally balanced lunch is served, according to the diet
prescribed for you.
1 pm - 2
pm: You can take time to borrow books from the library or just relax in
your comfortable rooms and soak in the morning’s treatments.
2 pm - 5.30
pm: You can go through your remaining treatments for the
day.
4.30 pm-5.00
pm: Therapeutic Yoga session.
5.00 pm
-6.00 pm: Meditation & Yoga. You could join the Self Help Sessions in the
Meditation Hall to learn different kinds of meditation, relaxation techniques,
yogic breathing, etc. On alternate days we have lecture & interactive
session on "How to make your Life Happy and Healthy” (Compulsory for all).
6.00 pm-7.00
pm: Evening Walk. : You could take a walk past the flowers and vegetable
gardens, sit around the gazebo and enjoy watching the serene lake and rolling
hillocks… You can also enjoy a game of table tennis, carrom and other board
games.
7.00 pm - 7.30
pm: An early dinner helps you end the day well and light. This also
assures you get a good dose of sleep that you may not have had in a long time!
7.45
pm-8.30 pm: Health Talk. Doctors educate about good health and its benefits.
8.30 pm: Night
Drink. Herbal Tea & Self relaxation time.
10.00 pm: Go
to Bed.
