  • Simply relax by keeping your hands by your side while your palms are facing up.
  • Close your eyes and slowly take deep breaths through your nostrils.
  • As you breathe, start to concentrate from your head all the way to your feet. Try to be conscious of every part and inch of your body. Without relaxing particular parts of your body, do not rush ahead.
  • As you inhale and exhale, think that your body is totally relaxed. Allow all of your worries, tension, fears and stress go away each time you exhale.
