When you prepare it, instead of throwing the liquid, strain it in a container, let it cool and drink three times a day.
DRINK AN INFUSION OF CHAMOMILE
It is said that drinking this infusion two to three times daily can help regulate the discomfort and help relieve the pain of gastritis.
PARSLEY JUICE
