Today, diabetes has become ubiquitous. It can affect anybody, regardless of gender, age or genetic history. As pas studies, India is the world’s diabetes capital with 61.9 million people suffering from diabetes mellitus.
The three major causes of diabetes is believed to be a sedentary lifestyle, improper diet and chronic stress. All of these factors are what modern life is made of, which is why even the millennials are suffering from diabetes.
However, even though India is the diabetes capital, it also has the answer for treating this condition. And the answer lies in yoga, which originated more than 5,000 years ago.
