Natural Treatment

Irregular Bowel Movement is the Cause of Serious Health Issues. When the cause is unknown, it is impossible to find the treatment to avoid the disease. The treatment will be aimed at alleviating the symptoms of each patient. Therefore, it will be individualized for each one, and this is the task of the gastroenterologist.

Here we are going to give you a series of dietary measures to minimize your exacerbations and the intensity of your symptoms:
  • First, the diet should be low in fat and rich in protein (meat and fish).
  • Avoid foods that trigger symptoms for each patient or make them worse. The foods that most frequently harm is: spices, alcohol, tonic, envelope soups, cocoa, dairy products, cheeses, pastries, cakes, ice cream, butter ...
  • Avoid carbonated drinks and flatulent foods such as chickpeas, lentils, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, onions, leeks, peas, nuts and canned.

Important Tips

  • Avoid copious meals, eat slowly and chew well.
  • Maintain a fixed meal schedule. Try to always evacuate at the same time and without a hurry, if possible after breakfast.
  • Physical exercise appropriate to age (walking, swimming) and avoiding a sedentary lifestyle.
  • Abdominal pain can be relieved by applying mild local heat.
  • Avoid the use of laxatives.
  • Avoid, where possible, situations that cause stress or nervousness.
It is a chronic disease.  Some patients usually have exacerbations due to the presence of triggers, which can last a few days or weeks and then improve. And others may have symptoms more or less continuously. Many often also have anxiety or depression problems. So, it must be treated safely and that is nature therapy treatment.
