‘Gas’ is originated through eating and at the time of digestion one may experience some gas. There are two of ways of releasing gas, one is belching that usually comes out through mouth and other is flatulence or farting that escapes from the rectum. SKIP FOODS KNOWN TO CAUSE GAS

Among fruits we can mention apple, pears; certain vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, sprouts, onion, carbonated soft drinks etc. are difficult to digest and create intestinal gas.

After eating mostly used to sit or lie down but this appears dangerous while digestion. One should take a short walk so that there cannot get enough opportunity to create gas.
